EDIT: It's kinda sketchy and couldn't fit in any good shading. Did it late at night too -3- Also the code in the background was hand typed (this was a way to get rid of my artist block -needs to draw other characters soon TT3TT-) My style of him changes every freaking time

Pulling a Norimaru-locking someone out of their own game(Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter, Jap edition vs USA/EU. He's still complete in the code of the Western editions, but inaccessible, locked out, because he was too weird/unknown)-is a foul act. Making them mistreated is even worse. And that was because you couldn't kill her outright. You stole her position. And she's a headline character, she's on the side of the machine.
And of course you had to make yourself the best.

Remember the good ol’ turbo-tastic times before Roadblasters came in? Well, since 1982 when the arcade first opened, I was all good and happy, right? I enjoyed rubbing my victories on both of the TurboTwins ’ faces. I was a happy #1 champion racer. My life as a winner lasted until an unfaithful event in 1987.
Stupid Roadblasters got plugged in and STOLE MY SPOTLIGHT AND EVERYTHING!!!!! It wasn’t MY FAULT that my game stopped becoming popular! I felt miserable and thought I knew the right thing to do! I tried to make sure I was included in the new one and guess what?! My plan backfired and caused both TurboTime and Roadblasters to be unplugged.
I felt miserable... I stayed in Game Central Station all forgotten and hated because of my mistake. They made a bad connotation associated with my name, which is “going Turbo!”
*looks down and tears started falling down my cheeks*
It WASN’T my fault that my game got unplugged. It was Roadblasters’ fault! You can call them the real monsters, but not me! Heck, I’m not even a monster myself!
*quickly wipes away my tears*
Well, sorry for getting emotional about my bad times. I just get too mad WHEN I TALK ABOUT THIS STUPID INCIDENT!!!! UGH!!!!
Well, let’s continue the story, shall we?
Meanwhile in Game Central Station, I grew very miserable and bitter. I was depressed and alone, deep in the corners of the hallways. Sometimes I sneaked in a time Tapper’s until I finally learn how to program and code.
In 1997, when Sugar Rush got first plugged in, I quickly took advantage and went to that game. I wanted to restore the glory times that TurboTime had. I sneaked into the code room and did what was right. I reprogrammed the game and made sure my plan wouldn’t backfire this time. I became a part of Sugar Rush and integrated my code there because that’s how I programmed it. I was happy again, and so were the characters. Everything was perfect for 15 years.
For 15 years straight, I was myself again, but with a different look. Things went as planned for 15 years until that stupid glitch somehow befriended Ralph and threw me off the throne!
Considering your statement, I couldn’t kill VanellopeV0nSchweetz outright because I couldn’t delete her code! I made her a glitch instead because she always got in MY WAY! My fame was stolen by stupid Roadblasters, and they ruined everything in my life! They took everything away from me! THAT STUPID GLITCH IS LIKE ROADBLASTERS!!!! UGH!!!!
And yes, I am a star and no one can deny it! Of course, I’m always the best because I’m THE GREATEST RACER EVER!!!!
I’ve never tried murdering a child. She just got in my way, BUT SHE TOOK EVERYTHING AWAY FROM ME AGAIN WITH THE HELP OF HER FRIENDS!!!!!
Now here I am again, left alone in Game Central Station after regenerating in Sugar Rush. I snuck into the internet and stumbled upon this website. I’m still working on restoring my fame and glory I had in TurboTime.
So do you agree with the majority that I should deserve a 2nd chance?

...You don't realise why your actions were wrong.
You inflicted the same state and conditions you were forced into; hated, feared, rejected, a character without a game, on another. THAT is why I call you 'monster'.
And you still paint yourself as the sorrowful suffering case.
I can say 'I wish you well in your struggles'. But you likely won't do well until you realise this; 'All things pass'. No game has lasted forever, unchanging. You're luckier than us fleshbags, data is immortal by default. Most of us will die unloved and unremembered at all. You can reinvent yourself. I would suggest you do so. Find the company that made you, if it still exists. Find other routes to fame than stealing it. You're a game character that knows how to code. You could quite literally build your own game from the ground up, if you wanted.

What a turbo-tastic idea! Yeah, I did find a company that made me. They are a group of people who are huge fans of me. I am happy with them. That’s correct! I can build my own games from scratch, and I will. Luckily, TurboTime exists on the internet. I can give you the link to it if you wanna try it. You’ll love it!

Maybe at the beginning he was different. But he already had the beginnings of it. A few years on top, another game comes in, and he invades another game outright, and brings it and himself down. That is not a redeemable action.
