I've always loved the mystery surrounding this pokemon.

I love this Pokemon
It's the only Pokemon that could originally only be obtained through special downloads on a completely separate game. And it still astounds me that it's the only legend that can breed. Not to mention that Phione can only be obtained through breeding Manaphy and yet cannot evolve into Manaphy. The Prince of the Sea is so mysterious!
