Plush commission for Haizley of their beech marten character of the same name She measures 43 cm nose to butt and has a long, super fluffy and soft tail. She is life sized and extremely cuddly, and can balance on your shoulder. It was hard to send her away, haha Her furs are tipped for extra realism and are very soft to the touch. All is faux fur, with minky for the inner ears and pawpads. I added Copic shading around the eyes and paw pads. She has thread sculpted toes and hand embroidered nose, mouth, and nails. Her eyes are made of black glass. The marten's paws are filled with steel shot and plastic pellets for a pleasant weight and to make them hang. She has a bag of the same mixture in her belly. The head is firmly stuffed, all the rest is soft and floppy. As always, the entire plush is sewn by hand with a lot of care to my own design. It is always a pleasure to make mustelids <3
