Ok, when you do have a gun, make sure its a hand cannon. Literally. Not some regular gun. No effect. I suggest rail guns or a rocket launcher.

What about the soft fleshy giantesses without any special armor and such? One shot to the toe, right under the toenail, with a desert eagle would do just fine. 
Unless it surprised her so much she fell on you... that'd suck. Dx

Did I mention 'hybrids'? Heres what I mean, some of them are part snake, some are part spider, some are part tree, and therefor, have special genetic traits. For example, one of the most famous ones, Crisis, her stomach is so strong, you may need something that can punch through reinforced blast doors and you'd need armor thats better than titanium armor to survive her stomach. And thats not even including all the other creatures of that death world. Did I also mention they eat humans whole?

They can also sense you with their 6th sense. Just stick with the heavy guns.
