it's prismas
but the real color actually doesn't really look like this, my scanner made it like this, which I don't know it's a good thing or bad thing...
I'm a little lazy to get online these days...

yes, it is done by color pencils. It actually looks lighter on paper, but somehow my scanner make the orange ribbons looks like it's red, which actually make it looks better ^^" and the color on her skin doesn't originally really look like that either... so I can not say that this looks good because of me only ... =.=
and I used PS so adjust her eyes and the white part and a part of her face also....=.= so I can't say this is a success

Is it done by color pencils? Looks kinda like that but I'm not sure. A little vague but the color is good, you are pretty good with color. This pic of yours makes me want to finish my water color pencils pic so much, hic.
