I stopped playing it, and so my mother gave it back to my grandfather. it's cause I had to decide between my horse and my violin. Now I own none of it...

Yes, it's sad, because I miss it.
But my teacher always wanted me to play like competitions and so on and I didnt like that, because iam nearly dieing, when Iam playing in front of someone. That is the only thing I dont miss.

oh man I hear you on the performing aspect. I have a local gig coming up in January and those still play havoc on my nerves. I did the regional and allstate competitions but those were always so horrible to me. Being judged and categorized puts so much pressure on me!
