I can't get the idea what's going on here. I see the militia aiming their firearms at scout while he holds a pistol. Are they waiting for either he shoot himself or Femscout?

No, lets just say the Scout was assigned a job. That briefcase there. There was supposed to be something in there that wasn't. So, that Scoot failed his mission. For some reason, the scout, without thinking, pointed a guy at the Warlord. And, of course, everyone pointed a gun at him. I should have put a description, but forgot. In fact, I was going to turn these into O.Cs....but....idk, didn't get around to it.
