Mai Ling sat in the Corvette her nails drumming on the steering wheel, fuming a bit since she was told to wait here, as Lulu went into the Museum, in search of the elusive thief.
'wait here, Lilly, I want to arrest him, not have him in pieces'
Lulu said, patting Mai's thigh before she had stepped out, and into the Museum's underground parking entrance.
That's when Mai Ling caught sight of her!
Her red hair unmistakable even in the darkened garage, Kassandra. She was walking towards the same entry way Lulu had gone.
There was a distance between them, but Mai knew she could cover it, as she stepped out of the Vette, pistol, and katana in hand.
Mai fired two shots, causing Kassandra to stop, and expectedly duck down, taking cover behind the parked Security Guard's car.
Mai Ling was moving, she had Kassandra trapped, as she got to the parked car, she lept onto the hood, skidding across, and brought the katana down in a sweeping arc to cut down Kassandra!
Who wasn't there.
It was Mai Ling's turn to get off the car, and duck down, she scanned the parking garage lot for any sign of the traitorous red head, but saw nothing.
Her protective instinct kicked in, and Mai Ling then dashed through the Muesum's doorway!
She had to find Lulu, before Kassandra did!
