Diggs is a character from the movie 'Cats and Dogs 2.'He is a German Shepherd who was a police dog but was fired. After that, he was hired by a secret agency of dogs who protect mankind, their best friend.
Anyway, he thinks a lot of himself, thinks of himself as totally awesome. He can seem a bit cocky sometimes but he means well really. Here in this picture he is just being himself with his goggles and a cape I added in. Yes, they can fly. He is also flexing his arm, showing just how invincible he is. So there you go, hope you like it!
