great piecce. Blushing Dicord is oddly cute. The position of the bodies make the drawing very dinamic. We can see the Celestia is the one in control, she is the one taking the steps to move this further, Great use of her hair as a background piece and, in a way, showing she is embracing the Spirit of Chaos.

Nice details on Discord's scales/fur. Drawing them must have been tiring. And good job on the shine of Celestia's crown gem.
I have little troubles with Celestia's right hoof, as it seems like it's growing from her side or nearly flank... also, I know you wanted to weave all of the universe into her mane, but I'd say that the thick white sinusoids are needless there, if you left only every third, it would be enough
