This one is a little more elaborated than Susan's. That's mainly due to the inspiration source . I felt it was so damn (excuse me) adorable, that I had to do my own variant of it.
So here she is. Capturing the final moments of her ever-so gravid form!

Well, both of them are going to, whether it's incidental or not! I've already done Massive Yuuka (although I plan on doing one or two more with her revised butt), and Massive Ivana is still something I'm working on.
