and to prove it, here's a screenshot of a test artwork I did in SAI2 yesterday- cries bc the water brush is SO CONVENIENT!!! Why doesn't Medibang and FireAlpaca have one? QAQ[Also this wasn't on purpose while I was doing it, but the girl's face I wound up drawing reminds me a lot of Emerald Sustrai, LMAO]
In addition, I drew this on a Microsoft Surface 3 tablet!!! I'm trying to save up for one right now, tbh- but its hard with so many bills and other expenses @_@ Such is adulthood...
Anyways, it's been literal YEARS since I've used SAI, and I feel like now, I definitely have better luck with it, now that I know much more about art in general. But we'll see if I can get the same effects in Medibang one day! :b

The problem is medibang's watercolor brushes don't blend transparency that well as other programs do

I just used the defaults in SAI2, I think. The default pen, paintbrush, and water brush. I use the "z" button with whatever brush I'm using to erase instead of picking an eraser preset. Hope that helps? :'D
