well ill admit then,that is a REALLY good thought process behind the elements. a little complicated,and some of the elements draw some close similarities. "forest" as main and "earth" as secondary makes little sense to me. but still i could see a universe working around these elements,not only making an awesome book series (if done properly ofcourse) but also some awesome video games based around magic. though i think ill just stick with what i know of the 5 elements:
Earth,Water,Fire,Wind,Aether.

What do you mean? Is there anypony (or anyone) who has used the power of Magic to defeat Windigoes?
P.S.: Windigoes are Ice creatures, because they create a blizzard (majorly).

Not power of magic, the elements of magic. They purified Nightmare Moon of all her evil and turned her back into Luna. This picture made me think that if the elements were used on a windigo (it's got wind in it's name even), the non-evil part might look like that adorable wind pony.

Oh, you mean the elements of Harmony, not Magic! Now I understand! As for Windigoes, I think they got Ice "signature", as well as Wind. So it's a crossover between two Elements (at least)! Darkness isn't the same as Shadow. Harmony isn't necessarily a part of Goodness (even if it is 99,99% of the time for good actions). In fact, Harmony would be part of another group of elements, a fourth group of elements with no name for now! Darkness is mostly the opposite of each elements, like an "anti-element" filled with Badness, Hate, Fear, Death, and so goes the list. The opposite of Harmony would be Disharmony, or most commonly Discord. Chaos could be a form of Discord, but I'm not sure which of these two is the element and which one isn't. I need help for that. Anyway, we need a sort of graph to show each connections between the Elements! I will do that, unless someone do it before me.
For Harmony, it makes everything be equal, or makes bonds between members of a group or entity, like Nightmare Moon and Luna, so they can coexist together without a fight. Take for example a group of musicians. If they are new, they will play a music chaotically, without knowing when to play, what to play, or were they are playing. If you give them an "orchestral chief (I don't know the name in English)", then the group will start to follow him, as he's their new leader. This person represents Harmony, as he guides the musicians to play well and together, making as a result a beautiful music!
In short, Windigoes are creatures. I don't know if they are evil in their nature or not, but if it was the case Harmony will just calm them and makes them more friendly.

They are usually at 8pm and 2am (yes, twice a day) by my time (gmt+1).

You refresh the page, you have a topic and you just draw whatever related to it. At this picture elemental ponies were the topic, tonight was 'air'.
