Description
One of the main characters for a beat-em up I want to make. The final name for the character is still pending.

Beavis and Freddy are mercenaries... but they're also toys, specifically bean-bag animals. They mostly seek bounty on renegade toys, operating from a small covert base hidden on a tiny island in the middle of a pond.

Freddy is a mechanical genius. He builds weapons and all sorts of gizmos for fun, and built the hi-tech underground HQ of their pond island base over a single summer break. He was ostracized by his peers as a preschool toy for constantly tinkering with building toys. As such, Freddy's not very social, and very shy. He tends to talk in as few words as possible, but around Beavis he can talk at length. He's easily bullied by Beavis, physically, but he can help Beavis out of some situations where being strong or obnoxious don't work... like puzzles or interrogation. Despite his shy demeanor, Freddy is still fun-loving, albeit more cautious than his partner.

Freddy isn't very strong, and very light. He makes up for this by not only making weapons, but also being very good at dodging, double jumping, and of the two he is the aerial combat specialist. While he doesn't deal as much damage as Beavis in single strikes, he can easily rack up a lot of damage on off-guard foes. He built a grappling gun out of a CO2 canister, a chain wallet and a slide whistle for Beavis, who can't jump as high or as far, so they can keep up after some heavy platforming.
