I left it like that as if to imitate a reference sheet.

I found this form to be more annoying in the games.... I always nicknamed him Mr. bacon due to that fabric ass flap. .___.
I prefer his third and xth form. .___.

Well i will agree that the 4th form was the best out of all of them but i wasnt that fond of #2 and while 3 looks cool it just seems impractical..but its Fantasy soo nothing is that out of place

True enough. though I think his third form is meant to symbolize an inhuman quality.. considering it's the form he was know as "terror of Death." His mentality wasn't very sane... so neither was the design, neh?

most agreed on the free roam. Have you found the abyss quest btw? The dungeon takes FOREVER. no jk. o-o;;

Well is it longer than the quest to Find Mia...i cant even remember how many times i had to restart that because of corruption but i dont know if i did complete that so i might just go do that now as replaying or finishing it up wouldn't be a bad way to spend the rest of the night

ah... I generally had Atoli or Shino with me during the quest... had them both on hyper heal and stocked them full of potions. I also stock whomever else I bring... since I wind up making too much gold points to do anything with them.... I usually spend days leveling everyone up and restocking better weapons before beginning the quest... As well as looking up the friendship quests to get everyone's level up so trading stuff is easier...
I'm a typical for the Atoli, Haseo, Kuhn party. So that i have a mix of healing, long and short range attacks... though I like having zelkova along because he's the infinite storage of healing items, etc. lol

Well i guess i need to take a few others out to a few areas as i noticed i have a lot of people in the "Red" mostly because you get 20 friends after you finish the game
But i didnt know that about zelkova which is why i need to check them out some more but as an Alkaid fan i just cant see my self using or getting friendly with Bordeaux lol
i also need to finish the Book of 1000 which i finished with out much trouble in the "Kite Saga" but i just cant get my sef to remember to use the bike...it just seems kinda useless

Atrieisan In reply to Jinto-Lin [2011-06-23 21:37:41 +0000 UTC]
True... though it's fun to crash your bike into fights. It's amusing watching him get thrown. <<
And yeah... if u make trades with Zelkova he has what seems like a small supply of the best items... but every time u run into him, the supply is back. It's epic. << Though u have to do the god chim quest like infinetly to get their friendship levels up faster... otherwise u spend 30 hours with em....
And Alkaid is awesome! The only reason I never used her as much is cause of how low her level is....

true true... I've maxed the bike out in one game round that I've played. the armor shell for it looks similar to haseo's xth armor. Which if u just like running in towns and attempting to run ppl over, looks pretty neat. I still like taking it for a spin in Mac Anu since the streets are soooo long.
Mind you that maxing it out helps complete the book of 1000 on quests and stuff. not to mention you can get some interesting items from the bike quests. (That's where you can get the really cool armor for the bike too.)
So you gave the marriage card to Alkaid eh? I didn't save it, and went about to see what all of them looked like. I can't remember if I went with Shino or Kite. lol (Piros' is such a weird one. XDD Same with Endrance's. Oh poor Has...... XD)

Yea i got a few save states for different parts of each game as i done with the Kite games so i can go back a redo something a different way at some point im going to give it to everyone just to see the reaction i get from them but yea in the main one i did give it to Alkaid
While i do use the bike a lot in Mac Anu just to get around as the transfer gates seem pointless after you have the bike as it only take a few seconds to drive around on it and i also need to look up the bike quests as well its in my emails and/or bookmarks just need to find it right now im focused on the Forest of pain and trying to get through more than 3 battles with out getting killed

True true... if you put her on normal mode she'll fight and heal when necessary. .__. if that's better. I keep her on life mode when I hit bosses though.... Can't spend so much time dodging hits and healing myself... rather have someone do it for me. .__.

i guess it would work for a boss but most battle the healer seems to WANT to just into someone sword just to annoy me into reviving them *sigh* so thats why i tend to have the other 3 fighters learn healing spells if all three of us know it then someone will heal if i forget

Jinto-Lin In reply to Atrieisan [2011-07-10 18:19:25 +0000 UTC]
Yea i tend to level faster than the game wants me to heh but its the Forest of Pain thats the issue now of which it dont matter your level its the people you have helping you
I could begin to tell you the issue i have with healers that see to think they are a warrior and charge into battle to only get killed then whine for me to revive them just so they can do it again :/

pi annoys me a bit... -.-;
I've always preferred Haseo and Kuhn in the same group.. the 3rd member can be just about anyone. I just like the mix of long mid and short range attacks with the two.

Atrieisan In reply to Jinto-Lin [2011-07-13 01:23:41 +0000 UTC]
heh.. maybe. His scythe is a mid range weapon though, which helps. Kuhn is both short and long range so the equalization helps alot. Less likely to get hit from a distance neh?
The only thing good about the Forest of pain is the weapon you get from it.. otherwise it's literally a "pain". lol

only weapons i use would the the Twin Blades and maybe the Heavy Blade on monsters that require an armor break but aside from that its always twin blade with the occasional Guns but i noticed yesterday that i still need to find 3-4 guns so it will be searching today for the missing weapons to at least complete that while i level up my party
I still got 50 levels to go as i want to at least be able to fight with out having to heal every 10 seconds

Jinto-Lin In reply to Atrieisan [2011-07-13 16:40:29 +0000 UTC]
Yea i like to avoid using any weapon but the Twin Blades also the auto guard also helps once im done leveling my party i plan to put i back on them but i been slacking and racing lol
Well i dont figure the end boss is impossible to beat so i cant complain too much except for the 50-100 times im sure to lose to him lol

Well i got through 51-54 block with out any trouble so either 5 levels make a HUGE difference or the fact i hadn't played GU in a long time might of also be the problem but im glad i stocked up on stuff as once you hit 50 you cant go back to town with out losing progress *sigh*

Yea but its not all that bad intill you cant even fight back of which i hope i dont run into again lol as that was rather annoying but im slowly moving my way along might take me months but i will get it done

it took me a couple of hours to make it through the dungeon and the boss. I doubt'll take that much time to beat. Though the point of the dungeon is to max out your level to 150 by the end of it. I did eventually grow frustrated and just started using fairy orbs to find my way through as quickly as possible because of how annoying it was. =~=

Jinto-Lin In reply to Atrieisan [2011-07-16 22:47:33 +0000 UTC]
I though of doing that as you no got a unlimited supply of them due to beating the game but...i just feel thats cheating lol as i like to explore and kill everything on a level before moving on
While it shouldn't take me months to do it but thats over the course of a hour or 2 when i got the time as for some reason most people send their PCs out to be fixed in the summer time so that gives me more work but less time but also give me extra cash so meh cant co,plain too much and everyone is already at Lv 150 except for Natsume who is at 148 and seems to be the best party at the moment

Well i been being the part-time healer using the 350HP item that gives you unlimited uses along with a ring that doubles the effects of all items along with all 3 of the party members having auto guard only battle were i dont attack at all if the boss battle at the end of each block i mostly heal just because it helps raise the overdrive limit break or was it awakening the thing you press square for lol which i think is now maxed out at Level 10 with Drain Heart

before the forest of pain i never used it but when you can get a good chunk of the monsters hp out really quickly its great to use but data drain requires you to have 3 party members to use it

all of the overdrive techniques require a party of 3.... -sighs- there are some points where I'm sitting there staring at them wondering what they are doing.... oh... that's right.... running in circles.. .___.

Well i having had many issues with them running in circles inless i kill the monster they were fighting i wish you could direct them on to win one to attack as 3 on one is better than a free for all :/
