Finished a color version. Not sure yet if I dig it yet. I might photocopy the inks and re-do later if I can find better colors.Used this photo as reference [link]

The colours work pretty well, I think. Maybe the red on the house is a bit too vibrant, but it's nothing that ruins the picture.

try faded streaks in half shade of that red running down the building walls with a squarish brush (if in photoshop).
Its really cool. Are they waiting for their ride to the next gig?

OH i quite like this. I think the creatures look quite stunning and the clouds nice and poofy. If you were to give it another go ( i know that feeling of being unsure about a piece) I would suggest using some cool colors in there. You've got the green in the roof top and some creatures, but maybe you could experiment with a contrasting colored sky, as opposed to warm colors in the foreground and background? I think the foreground would really pop out then : D It still looks really nice as it is. C: Keep up the originality!!

You know what's funny is my girlfriend said the exact same thing. I've re-done the back in a cooler greeny-blue to bring more cool color into it. It looks a bit better.
I'm still not sure how I like the firetruck red and green rooftop with the bubblegum pink clouds. Its a little weird, but I'll think about it and see if I can sort it out.

I hate your art. A little bit too amazing for my liking. colours are too perfect and the creatures are much too creative and humorous. Another thing is also that everything you draw is completely perfect. Much too excellent >:C
