Why recoilless? That gun looks like it has a lot of recoil and no sign of recoil mitigation (for recoilless there should be significant vane in the back, muzzle brake will reduce recoil, but only little)

Few friendly remarks:
Allowing barrel and bolt to travel long distance inside the gun in general makes force of recoil acting on shooter smaller, but last longer in time. With such powerful round it would still act as literal cannon. To control that recoil she would need either mass, so recoil force would not push her to far, or to rest gun on something in a way that would keep it from moving back.
