I wouldn't like to unlock Jigglypuff first, because it's a nuisance. Do you know why it's a nuisance? It's because Jigglypuff puts everyone to sleep, and vandalizes all their faces with its marker!

Feel free to unlock anyone else first i won't tell you which one you should unlock first
but the reason i goes for Jigglypuff first is mainly because
Captain falcon: 20 minutes or lower which need a speedy character
Ness: 3 HP, normal but as long you doesn't get a continue which is more challenging
and Luigi: Obviously the target test which it gets harder
