Description

Nogra is a "Lawman", who keeps the peace wherever he goes. How he keeps the peace is the more interesting aspect as he tactics are geared for the "greater good". A thorough anti-hero, and very pragmatic, Nogra is a true Hutt and will always uphold the law in spirit rather than practice, as he is willing to allow things to slide by if it will serve his purpose of maintaining law and order. What really separates Nogra from many of his fellow Hutts is that he is more than willing to get his hands dirty, rather than leave things to others, and as a loner by nature, see no problem with that philosophy.
