After watching the Hobbit, this piece was just aching to get out. The movie depicts Azog as a brutal uberlord warrior with lots of experience. Also from the Lord of the Rings we know that Orc warriors are born adult and prepared to be killing machines. I wanted to approach the story from a different angle. I was thinking about how would the pale Orc look if he had the possibility to age like humans and was young at the time of his first meeting with Thorin. He would not be brutal or evil yet but only mischievous bittered prankster with growing hatred toward the dwarves so I gave him this bully grin on his face. On the other hand the wargs as an animal would stay primal to its core. So this is the story I was going for. I hope you like it.

This is just GREAT.

And a minute of orc history: they are mere creatures, like men and dwarfs, and they are born like mere creatures. Only Uruk-Hai are made artificially by Saruman. But all other orcs and goblins (including Azog) are aging like humans.

So your work is a total truth

Uau, you know your stuff I guess I'm not that big of a fan after all. I wasn't aware of that. Do you know where did they find Azog because I couldn't find him in the Silmarillion appendix and I don't think they mention him in the original book "Hobbit"?

I read about him in the LoTR appendix, the part about Durin's folk. Not sure, if it goes with every edition of the book.

Ah that's cool I love images that has hidden meaning/items/signs in them
Though I like the LotR characters, I'm not the biggest fan since I haven't read the books or seen through all the movies yet (but I plan to) xD
