First sketch to start off the Feeling Project.

The Feeling Project is this: Everyone gives off a certain feeling or aura. That feeling can be recreated through situations, colors, places, objects, etc. I'm recreating my friends auras into sketches that match the feeling they give off.

Scherzo- rippled puddle in a wet, dark cave. The bright blue (brighter than it shows in the picture) adds to the overall feeling. The reflection of water and light on the cave wall at the top right also add to the overall feeling. Even the shape of the ripple affects the feeling. It all matters. Placement, color, shape, everything.

You can interpret the pictures as you wish. They should somehow relate to you. (personality, whatever). Be poetic and it should work. The picture can tell you about you, and when you compare it to another's picture TOGETHER, it can tell you about you both. (ex. someone has a pin; it can mean you're angry a lot. someone has a balloon; it can mean you're a free spirit. You look at the balloon and the pin and you can say that they won't get along as people)

As for the picture itself, I did it first because it was a challenge, but easier than the others I've to do. Not extremely pleased with it; colors are a bit off (fixed them 5 times). It's not bad for a first try at some sort of scenery (aka not people).
