I think The Amazing Spiderman (movie) was bought by Disney already so I think it is impossible for Spidey guy to be on Avengers.

Opposite. Disney owns most of Marvel, but Spidey (along with the Xmen and Fantastic Four) is the exception. So we most likely won't see a team up unless Sony, the owners of Spidey's copyrights, works with Disney and I don't see that happening.
