ItΒ΄s really easy. One freight car jump of the track and pull the freight car behind into the same way. If they hit nothing many cars jump of the track and some of them bump into each other. But if they hit something like a bridge (like on the picture) the first cars stop right in the moment, when they hit the bridge and the others bump with full speed into them and form a hill like that. The same happen in Germany with an express train.

I don't think it's photoshopped. I think it was on a bridge, and it gave out. You can see a support under the green car. Still kinda funny though.
