What type of environment is this Dragon most found in? From the details I would go for a Desert terrian. The smaller size than your traditionsal D&D dragon along with the shape of the horns and spikes would lead me to desert terrians. May be way off but you want feedback.

Wyvern doesn't actually have horns. He has ears, not horns. And they aren't spines, but frills. These frills aid in his ability to fly and also allows him to focus the air around his bodt into a potent weapon capable of shredding even the most durable of armors.
Wyvern is about 11 foot 9 inches, and mainly lives in the eastern plains
