This has a great composition! I love how you used the rock~
If I were you I'd practice a bit with the way lines meet the background, though, because they're very sloppy. I suggest either waiting to paint each thing when the others are dry, or using lineart for the background elements too. I've heard there is a way to cover parts of the work with a special fluid that resists paint, and then flake it off after the fact. Maybe that would work.
The colors need a little more contrast from the character to the rock, he seems to be fading into it. Try layering the colors a bit more to make the colors more vibrant on your character.
Aside from those, it looks great! Good job!

I know myself that bacground is not so good because i always draw character first and I dont think about bacground at all.^^

och that not expected question xD its not so really hard you wet your brush then put it in the color then again put in the water and then you can draw on the paper
