The arm seems a little strange--kind of flat with the lack of shading. I love the way you changed the eyes and lips.

you're really good at that. So props to your use of Photo Shop. You put it to good use, that's for sure. I love what you've done with this. It's like an old fashioned photo.

It looks cool but some of the parts are really harsh and sharp looking. (especially around the lips where the contrast is really high) looks a bit pixely. But the concept looks really cool.
