This is my first submission to deviantart.com after a friend of mine told me to register here
. It's a picture I took for an assignment on fredmiranda.com with the theme 'Lonely Road'.It's also the first time I went out for a serious shoot since I finally went the digital way last week.

I like this photo.
The shadows created by the light are awesome in black and white. Naturally my eye is drawn to the figure walking and then to the branches of the tree.

Great first deviation
Great composition, the black and white is really effective. I like how the darker person and tree stand out against the lighter sky, and the pale path really draws the eye into the picture - well done
