Where is the credit to the background? Since it comes from the anime free.
I don't know why the winx community and fandom can't show proper credit. Even if you put google, that's not a credit - provide the website that is linked in google images, or the picture link itself.
I wouldn't have had an issue with this if you have shown the credit, because without it - its like you are taking credit for something you didn't do. This is where you got in trouble last time if I believe right.

She doesn't forget to give credit, she has a long history deliberately leaving them out so it looks like she did more work.
Here's an example: fav.me/d8r9xoj Background Mermaid she flipped and altered note that she didn't reference the mermaid: she drew the winx proportions but the shapes of the hair strands follow the photo and the skull is also edited but the same. Reference means looking at a photo without drawing over it or using it in your drawing at all. This is cutting/using pieces and drawing over it aka tracing. As for crediting she merely wrote google for the background. Sorry but that doesn't cut it and if you do that to the wrong person or company, that'd get you a ceased and desist. The real owner of that bg is that link I gave you and it took me absolutely no time to find it as well. She could have searched it back up and provided the link. (Also where's that mermaid photo credit? I know she spent a lot of time on that mermaid so using a photo means it is completely impossible to forget about it!) If that's not good enough, I can find more examples in her gallery.
I've seen people actually harass other members for doing the exact same thing but turn a blind eye for her. These double standards and outright hypocrisy is where PreciousWishes is coming from, and I agree with her.

Well quite frankly, I'm not sure anyone would believe that. But no, there's no "best case worst case" scenario out of this. People who think they can skirt by with Copyright Violation (which this is what it is) are going to have a really rude awakening. Have a good day.

Reality check, hun... you can't pass it off as your own. Doesn't matter if you don't know where it was from, you still have to credit. Better yet, next time you find a background, you save the link... to proper credit. You're right, it happens all the time... but I'll admit this community is in top five that's for sure!

The fact that it had to take me and a few others to actually mention the background - since I'm seeing a lot of anime bg, one even mention free - for you to put up a credit... well that right there is Pathetic with a capital P. Nobody should have to remind you, or tell you. You should be smart enough to do it yourself. I don't like hearing the bullshit excuses that I don't remember where I got it from, because if you can find it online - i'm sure as hell you could find it again. It is YOUR job as the artist to put down all credit and resources! No comment should be telling you this. You need to learn that apparently.

Girl, you know she only wants people to think she did stuff because the majority of little kids that follow her won't question whether or not she did. (Case in point: this, the Cinderella CE, all the witch styled fan art she does, the mermaid CE she did that was straight up ripped from the Pirates of the Caribbean poster with the mermaids which was just drawn over and the colors blurred so it looked like she did the hair PLUS not doing jack shit for the background that she found on google. And lest we not forget all of the winx pngs she traces PLUS the floranbloom faces she traced that's still in her gallery. She isn't going to put resources down AT ALL despite it being her responsibility because she won't look so great with all that information. You're talking to a brick wall.
