Wartortle is a very special Pokemon to me. Pokemon came out in the US when I was in third grade and all my classmates had Pokemon toys. I wanted one so badly, but I didn't want to ask my parents since my mom was in grad school. One of my classmates gave me his Wartortle toy and my love for Pokemon has continued ever since. I still have him and he sits in a special place with my other figures.
I went with a sea turtle like design. I think it worked pretty well.
