I should have stated it earlier, but the colour palette is actually from his sprites, which is why his armour appears more blue than grey. Many thanks.

MS Paint is all you need to sprite with in my world.
I use a program called Adobe Fireworks, which is a tool for editing sprites and creating GIFs, which I find really handy when exporting stuff from Fireworks to Flash to do my animating.
If you Google it, there should be a portable file sitting somewhere, but the interface will need some time to get used to.

I'll try but I'am not really patient enoguth, I guess I'll ask some help from a friend who knows how to animate XD and for the prgram I use photofiltre, it's enoguth easy to understand for me ^^

Aye, patience and practice is something you'll need to be really good at when it comes to animating. Something that's 5mins long doesn't take a day. To me, more like 3 months of work.
