Remember Penelope ?Well here's her again, but as the main dimension version!
There's no big difference between the twos, except she's a girl scout, and she has a tendency to roast people. (Especially Pinstripe... 😏)
Penelope is as smart as Coco, but use her knowledge differently. During the time where her, Pinstripe and the others mutants were created, she was remained locked in Cortex Castle , before managing to escape. She ended up in an orphanage specialized on Mutants, next to the Academy of Evil. In that situation, she naturally met Nina, but didn't get along with her. She's now delivering cookies to anyone, whatever if they're humans, mutants, villains or heroes.
When Penelope went delivering cookies to Pinstripe's place, these twos didn't get along at first, but a compromise happened: that Penny babysit Ellie in exchange on more money than the actual cookies box's price.
Pinstripe and Penelope are actually siblings, but shhh! They don't know!
