YOOOOOOOOOOO I'm back with Tiger-Eye!this should be the very first time where Steven met Tiger-Eyes
In the beginning she tried to hurt him for being in her "territory" but when she saw his gem she stopped and open her eyes to look at Steven /her first contact with a human in very very time

i made a tiger eye before i discovered this (not on DA), and it's so similar to mine and i don't want to seem like i'm copying your design,
i guess there are multiple tiger-eyes anyway which would look similar?
i guess??? and it's seems to me like a small minority of Tiger-Eyes left where they cam from in confusion and got raised by wild animals

yeah mine wasn't a fusion, and yes mine was made in the kindergarten, and was malnourished (when she came out) so she looked like a cub. she strayed into the jungles and she was adopted by tigers, left when she was finally not malnourished.Β
But she does have a bit more of a gem like behavior than your Tiger-Eye.

but imagine if two tiger-eyes met, and then they just went into a battle, later realizing they were the same gem

It's pretty easy to infer that there are multiples of each gem, like actual crystals. Which is great for fan characters, and also just practicality. The gem race would be exceptionally small if there were only one gem per....gem.
I'm not sure if it's been stated by Sugar herself, but there are a lot of hints in the show itself...mostly its dialogue.

ehmm yes, when I made her we didn't know if there where more gems in earth or if it was a mistake that the crystal gems where in there in the first place
so I imagined "what if a gem went missing for ages and she lose her mind for the time along"
