Description ((I promised I'd make a tutorial for them a while back, and I finally finished ;v;
Something to keep in mind is that I draw them with very large heads, because they're children/young teens here. Drawing adults would have different sizes of heads.

I make so many mistakes it hurts askdfjhasdfasfd

What program do you use, and how did you do the shading with the hair?

((I use Photoshop Elements c:
For shading, I use a base color. Then I get a darker color and gradient it down the hair from the top. I shadow it with an even darker color, then get a slightly lighter color and create some slightly shinier spots. Finally, I get a much lighter color, almost whiteish, and create light spots. It's easier than it sounds ;v; ))
