An update on my other elf Istuinir

Istuinir (pronounced istuidîr or ees-tu-ee-ner (dir)) Means Learned young man. This Rivendalia elf Is a scholarly Librarian, he spends his days in the royal library reading and learning all he can. In the evening he practices his magic and archery. He has never been one for company and stays mostly to himself. But do not take that as he is unkind because he is very kind. His face almost always looks as if he is calculating you, and for the most part he is. He is trying to figure you out so that he may better understand what type of person you are so that he knows how to handle you. He lacks in social skills but his kindness toward nature, animals, and others is ever apparent. He is not a cold soul just socially inept. But give him some time and hell warm up to you gradually. The boys parents were killed when they dared to venture outside the safety of the terra so the newborn was adopted by humans and lived with them till he was ten. Then by chance his human parents took a trip to the hollowed halls of the terra and they were so enamored with it they told their young son that he would have to stay with the elves where he would get the proper care a young elf needed. But being raised for ten years By humans with a thirst for adventure had changed the young elves way of thinking. He always liked adventure and the taste of meat as well as rousing tales of heroism. This is why he spends so much time with his nose in books. To not only learn about what it means to be an elf but also what it means to be a hero and to go on adventures in his mind. For weapons he carry's a bow and arrow as well as a spell book. He goes on hunting trips and wants to go on more adventures.

So im wanting to somehow incorprate him into the steven universe well uh universe or perhaps the stormhawks or both. on second thought maybe fairy tail
He uses the power of gems to power his elemental magic. (ill actually make more for this later.)
Now i realize the position of his right eye and his left foot are off but ill fix it later
