((It's been a while since I uploaded a screenshot isn't it.So I have the dragon mounts mod and attempted to retexture the "Water Dragon" (the dragon which you hatch when the egg is placed next to water) to look like Dirge. It's not very good but hey I tried so enjoy!))

Me, myself, I use coordinates and command blocks.
But that can be a pain if you're trying to do it in a survival world that was generated before single-player commands became a vanilla thing.

Well, I can explain it a little to you. For teleportation, a couple of relatively easy steps: 👍: 0 ⏩: 0
1: Go to the place you want the command block to teleport you to.
2: Open the F3 menu.
3: Take the main coordinates from the X, Y, and Z axes. (You can for the most part disregard all the digits after the decimal points.)
4: Go to the command block, which you will have placed in a convenient spot for yourself.
5: Right click in and put in /tp @p
Example: /tp @p 15 84 96
*You have to be in creative mode and have cheats enabled to use command blocks. If your world already has cheats enabled, then you're good. If not, you have to temporarily open your world to LAN from the pause menu to enable cheats. You can exit to the main menu and reenter the world afterwards to disconnect.
6: Then, just use any manner of redstone activation for the block and you're done! You might also want to set a command block that goes back to your house or wherever the first command block is.
Even though I've given you this tutorial, there is no reason you should listen to me. Just keep doing things the way you want to do them. I'm not the boss here; you are. So, now that I've finished my spiel here, have a nice day!

(([link] that's the mod and the textures are in the "resources" folder but you have to edit the "glow.png" image too to make sure the eyes and mouth work, I'd also recommend installing it yourself, it's pretty cool! I love the Ghost dragon!))

((Ah that's badass! Although I spent a little while editing it to match the colours on her ref, like her wing membranes are black. Plus Instead of leaving the tail spikes the same colour as her skin I made them the colour of the fur on her tail-tip so they were like a odd replacement! Plus the eye maarkings.))
