Admin: Technically, they're two nations with human lives. I have a headcanon that because they are the corrupted version of the countries with unstable tendencies, the bosses usually take care of political affairs and tell the nations to live normal human lives. I also have a headcanon that Francine and Oliver met once as kids, but they didn't see each other again since this moment. This blog is based entirely off of my headcanons, so if anything ends up being historically incorrect, I apoplogize~
