Druids pick up the Spell Sniper Feat and now i'm worried that the deer 30 yards away is actually lining up a shot.

I always thought a funny thing to throw in a live action medieval high fantasy comedy web series or whatever would be a wizard who carries a staff made from heavily gnarled wood with a lot of detail in it. Then just once, like, in the fifth of seven episodes or something, when things get dramatic during a battle he says something badass and gives the staff a firm shake, revealing that one of the gnarled sections is actually a cocking mechanism like on a pump action shotgun. Not that it does anything or is ever referenced again. Just a one-off sight gag that nobody pays much heed to.
