Thank you ;A;b I have no idea what I did for the light effect .__. I used the brush tool and set it's density down XD;?
For the shadow, I merged all of the layers of Heroro, used the lasso tool to select him, copy+pasted, then I did a clipping layer above it and coloured him blue and set the opacity down ;;;w;;; I hope that was a good enough explanation *w*
