Description
Character redesign. The pigments on his front and tail turn an almost illuminative blue when feeling threatened, though normally his tone is an overall red.Made in SAI.

Very interesting design; I love a lot of aspects of it especially the shape of the wings, the plating/scales and the spikes at the end of the tail along with the curving horns. Very nice.
