Here's the second set of this fun Monster Hunter and Pokemon crossover. Dang, I like! My one tweak would be to make Rathian Fire/Poison, even though that's a glass cannon of a typing. If there were jaw attacks for Dragon-Type, Anjanath would also work well with Strong Jaw....but alas, not yet.
I wonder if there's any MH mon that could be a Dark/Electric-Type?

I think Normal/Grass for Great Jagras and Dark/possibly Fire for Odogaron due to it's rage mode. Oh, and Dragon/Fire for Anjanath definitely. Your thoughts?

I'm gonna say I'd peg Rathian as poison/fire, diablos as ground, great jagras as normal, anjanath as normal or dragon (with any fire moves not being because of typing? idk), kirin as good ol electric/dragon, and I save odog for last bc I have no idea. Perhaps dark/steel or just dark? He'd make a good dark type doggo.

I believe the blue horse is a Kirin. One of the “legendary” monsters in the game. They can be found in the coral highlands much later in the game.

Goodness gracious this would be the most horrendously beautiful video game. Like, imagine, training up your monsters after catching them. Using them to hunt other monsters for goodness who knows armor still for sure because can't have losing because you died in battle from friendly fire or of course wild monster attacks. OIHHH or even during pvp!! Oph so many possibilities. I'm downloading unreal and I'm making a monster catching/hunting game egads hope nobody beats me to it it'll probly take me 50 years

You mean like Monster Hunter Stories? You train up monsters of various games up to MH:Generations, and fight monsters in a Pokemon-esque battles, with the Player in the battle too, and every time you kill a foe you get bits for crafting armors and weapons.
