Description The Kroag's Original maquette.

Made from polymer-clay and built around a wire armature.

Very helpful when it came to converting him into a fully digital 3D model.

Thank you I can't begin to tell you how nerve-racking it is to get in so close and sculpt that kind of detail.

I can only imagine. I wouldn't have the patience for that kind of work.

Very cool character design. Is it your own?

Oh yes. Well actually he was kind of an combination of different elements. I knew I wanted a kind of frogman creature, but each time he came out looking like a bipedal Jabba-the-Hutt. that's when I came up with the fleshy jowl-ears. I'd like to think Kroag's as orginal as they they come, but I pretty sure somthing simular to him exists somewhere out there. thanks for your compliment.
