He would be willing to devote hours in order to raise his underlings to the top, but pretends to not care. He isn't the paternal type, but still does his best to give his all in making them the best in the industry. Most often he rubs off as cold and menacing, even though he's actually quite concerned most of the time. He prefers people to think he's an ungrateful bastard, so they wouldn't treat him with any less respect or waste their time on useless small talk.
