Alright, this took forever, so appreciate it!

It took forever because it was originally drawn in pencil... far too lightly. It scanned in grey-scale, which is difficult to get a good picture out of. It's a symbolic picture of Artemis after his father disappeared and his mother went crazy (yes, we're going back to first book). He has "fallen" from grace and become absorbed in the darkness of his heart. He was just a genius boy... now he's a genius, bitter, angst-filled brat with something to prove.

Aaaaaanyway, he's supposed to be ten here, but he looks much older... crap. Oh well, I was focusing on getting the proportions right for a bird's eye view, not right for a ten-year-old. If he looks 14 instead of ten, well damn.

I'm proud of it to say the least. I decided to work on this because an extract from chapter one of the Atlantis Complex is now available on the UK website. It's... amazing. [link] This shall keep me entertained for the few months it'll take for it to come out. XD
