I've got a new oc in the works.... and it's a male! Gasp! I never have much male OCs before in the first place!

So let me get the planned information for you guys here!

- His name is not known yet, still in planning

- His Hero name would be FlashDrive

- his quirk is USB ( Universal Serial Bus )

- physical traits of his quirk is that his thumbs are more square and block like in design, like a rectangle. There are retractable metal USB parts at the top of both of his thumbs, which he is able to plug into technology. He likes to call them thumb-drives

- due to the birth of his quirk, He has been rumored to have one of the most brilliant minds in the country ( or world ) regarding technology. He is capable of mathematics, Jargon, coding, computer programming. He has photographic memory, which he uses to the full advantage of his quirk. He is able to remember and store multiple things and ' codes ' in his mind at a time. His whole being itself is like a living, walking storage machine if one could put it bluntly. He is however though, not as much of a brute in the physical department, but he is strong enough to at least know how to kick and punch. He is able to calculate the angle of where you would land after you jump, the chances of dodging and whatnot.

- the way his attacks work is in separate ways. While trying to attack/destroy technology, he has to find a weak spot or opening which can be achieved by slashing it, or any other physical attack. Once he area is weakens, he jams his thumbs into the weakened area until the metal part is buried within. His mind then loads whatever ' virus ' he has chosen to remember, before transferring it into the machine. The virus infects the machine, depending on the strength. It is able to cause serious glitches, or even shut down the system entirely.

- regarding physical contact with people, it works in a similar way. He needs to swing his hand hard enough for the metal thumb part to penetrate through the skin, or by wounding the person first for a weak opening. The virus effects on people works differently too. People would have side effects from spasms, fever. The digital virus codes is converted into real life side effects. For example, what would count as a glitch code, could count as muscle spasms or temporary paralysis. A temporary shut down could equal to being brain dead for a few seconds. ( this is still being planned out, so some functions may change )

- his mind is able to transfer images and videos from one device to another, storing them in a memory bank. As data passes through him to the other device, he is shown the image in his mind for a second before disappearing.

- as intelligent as he can be, there is a limit of course to how much information he can store in his mind. Once his mental capacity is full, he is unable to learn or remember new things, no matter how much you tell or teach him. Once you tell him something, he may say yes, but the next second he has already forgotten. He needs a few minutes to forget/clear his mind to make space. This works easier with the less important/more trivial things. His memory about personal life and attributes that make him ' him' cannot be erased, as it is permanent.

- Despite with a cheesy, eccentric personality, it is reminiscent of a bit like a comical mad scientist. However he has a touch of arrogance to him, a bit reminiscent to a Sherlock Holmes. His serious side shows more of his arrogance more that his normal happy self. In both scenarios, he does have a sense of humour. He even writes Notes in Binary to people if he wants to mess or annoy them.

- He is able to relate to Mei entirely, as both want to have their abilities recognized so they could be promoted into big company CEOs in the future. Apparently he can be eligible for a job career, but people are unsure due to his odd, but effective ways.

- He is in fact, in love with a girl student ( My oc, who is still have to figure out her powers ), but she sort of finds him as a friend. She jokingly teases that he's a bit too crazy to be a boyfriend, but small hints shows she thinks otherwise
