He's a bit young to be dating the cougar Melody. (Although he's technically over 900 years old . . . 1,000 years old if he's about to be shot by his girlfriend's old spacesuit.)

(and the Doctor was with Rose who was only 19, so I don't think dating a teenage Melody is that much of a difference. The age gap between the Doctor and his human love interests will always be nearly 900 years, anyway XD)
