I think the one on the tree is maybe a little to big if you think about the perspective.
But the rest is very good, good job

I did give some thought to that crow in the trees and my thought was that it was right there in the foreground along side the model. I made sure the crow on her shoulder was the biggest while the other crows were closer to her rather then the Cathedral. The lady in green from your stock image helps show just how far the cathedral is away.
