I appear to still have trouble coming up with ideas, but I've drawn the head (A few weeks ago by now) and I want to do something with it. My main problems are: 1.Where should the shoulders be located 2.What should the alien be holding and 3.What should it's hands look like.

As a medical and scientific illustrator it's one of the things we are called upon to draw often, and I love drawing them.

Me too. I should draw more skulls. In fact, I was planning on a long-term comic with The Born King of Chaos as the main character. It would eventually show his past, which I have a few ideas for.
