At first I was like "...uhhh?", then I went into "oh, so on the right it's a dude and in the reflection he's a lady?" XD
This is actually a really nice piece, considering it's so cool to quickly compare what traits could be used to make a character look either feminine or masculine. Though I personally prefer the female version, her gaze is just d'aaaawwww! 

Also, I THINK the male face is a tiny little bit too off to the left, but dunno. Great work, as always! ^.^
