Well as you can tell looking at my profile I love to do manips and stuff for my fanfictions. I am having trouble figuring out how to extract and how to do like some of the effects you do where you look like you painted it. How do you do that

well to get the paoitned look on the perso n you gotta soften her up and use dodge and burn and paint over with brushes ( play with your brushes. I sugest you look a ttutorials online to see if it helps you. I wasi n your position and still am and now i know why they cant answer that question you just gotta practice!
