Anyway, After hearing about these 90's Sonic Arcade/Kiddy Rides in Japan, I thought I could redesign one of them. This one is based off the arcade game: Waku Waku Sonic Patrol Car (1991). There are alot of changes that I'd done. The only thing that wasn't majorly changed was the hat on his head.

Wow, this is really neat, and a history lesson! I like the clothes redesign, I just wish we could get a back view too, because that smidge of yellow we can see behind his arm is interesting. You should be more confident about your decision to change the shoes, too-- 'cause they're a cool idea (and go really well with the uniform), they just need to be a little better drawn! 
And may I just say, that little "emote" you drew next to "a little blurry.." is absolutely adorable. It's a small thing, but I love it so much.

Aww, thank you very much! Actually coming back to this gives me a better idea on how to remake this design. I'll take your recommendations to consideration and I'll see if I can remake this soon!
